Real Time Data From Odin To Excel is running delay

Hello,
I am option trader.I have trading account in Jainam.I use Greek market watch in odin.I use "Open in excel" feature to see price and calculate my trade in Excel. But problem is data is running delay.Please anyone guide me that how to get tick to tick data from Odin to excel?

=SetRTDUpdateRate(0)
save the above cmd in any cell in excel then see difference...
