Hello! Wish you luck for this new venture. Do keep learning and exploring whatever new comes your way, that is the only way to master this field. Keep learning and discussing.
Not being able to judge the market conditions properly and often ending up overtrading because of greed; these are the issues I have seen most of the people face while trading.
Try and diversify your trades and never over trade. Trade within your limits, never beyond what you can afford to loose. Practicality and discipline are the keys.
For me the most important factor is how you manage your trades and funds. No matter how profitable strategy you have, that's of no use of you can't keep your funds safe.
Before allocating capital, just be sure of your risk constraints. Also I would suggest all to begin with a small capital in the beginning, test that for your strategies and trading style and then gradually increase the amount. That really helps.
That's right! Listening to suggestions to kind of learn and grow is fine, but if a newbie blindly copies other's ideas with no strategy of his own, then that might not take him long in this game.
For anything you want to do, learning the basics is teh first task. The same goes for trading. Get through with the basics first, do research and then start.
