Nifty spot is available in currency segment. It is better to backfill from there. Otherwise open nest chart for it and press ctrl+d in it. Data table will open. Use my excel utility to backfill nifty spot.

Scrips with zero volume are excluded while creating text file.

This thread is not meant for that. Besides, it is a bad idea. What purpose does it serve? There will be a new text file downloaded for every trading day.

It is possible but not in ABCD.

@mudratrader, Text file for all indices is downloaded in one file every day. I do not merge them. Amibroker is capable of doing that.
