i was having 400 shares of sipta coated ,later the company got merged with jai corp and i was give 40 shares of jai corp, i.e at 10:1 ratio. Later i got a letter frm the company stating that as i hold less than 100 shares.......my shares wud be cancelled and i wud be sent rs.35 per share incase...
