Alok industries

I have 2000 shares of Alok Inds at Rs32 avg.. its hovering bet 20-24 for a long time. Shld I dispose it or hold? Friends pl suggest me some ideas.

Company is trying to arranging money by sellng its shares and no company would like to sell its share at lower rate so u can hold for exit at least at cost
would enter in it at 25.05 lets see
