and also i want to see how price varies from time to time in the day for a particular scrip?

I tried to open the link investbulls.com, but got an error on the first page,
i.e--> http://www.investbulls.com/news.php

I am using IE7 (latest release of IE), could that be the problem?
Or is there any setting that I might need to check please?
