Anyone facing issue with Zerodha?

Hi Friends,

Since morning, Zerodha is having some issues. Neither their web, desktop or mobile versions are working. Even their phone lines are down.

Anybody out there facing same issues or have any update?

Got this mail from Zerodha (on Saturday) -

This is a critical update for all clients using Zerodha Trader. In line with our growth plans, we are upgrading our current infrastructure to improve your trading experience with state-of-the-art modern servers which will more than triple our existing capabilities.

Please visit: http://zerodha.com/critical-update/ and follow the instructions as mentioned on the page to update the Software version of Zerodha Trader. Please note that for web & mobile, the updates will be automatic.

We need all our users to make this update immediately. Feel free to contact us by email on [email protected] or call our land line 080-40402020 if you need any assistance.


Note: Zerodha Trader will not work after Saturday if you don't make this update. In case you've already made this update, please ignore this e-mail.

Yeah..I got this one too..but looks like a disaster at their end. I would say, they didnt plan the upgrade well.

Anyways, their web version is up and I can enter trades.

There were lot of issues after the upgrade. Had to reinstall 3 times to get it working .

I tried reinstalling to but still its not working..the desktop version

Will try again after market closes. Are you using the latest version?

Not with me. I tried it many many times uninstall / reinstall.

Well..there is an email with a video which says how to install. I did exactly the same and its working fine now.
