Bhavcopy not getting installed on PC!!!!

I have download bhavcopy and tried to install it on my PC but whenever i run the setup it is showing "UNABLE TO FIND A VERSION OF THE RUNTIME TO RUN THIS APPLICATION I already have DOT NET FRAMEWORK 4 installed in the PC. don't know why this error is occurring.
