Broker with Trading API for for Hedge fund

Hi, I am working with a enterprise client, who has big daily turnover. They are looking for a broker who has good service and Trading API. Can you please recommend any?
Zerodha has a limit of 3 API calls per second, which doesn't work for us.

Interactive Brokers doesn't work, because they do not support third party clearing.

check if a broker has something called CTCL terminal, which allows multiple client orders at the same time.

if you are really looking for robust solution here, then any retail buy APIs have one or other sets of limitations wrapped around, then only serious choice will be become a TM yourself and opt for FIX API based trading with colocated servers if you are looking for sub millisecond latency challenges based thought put systems

Try Finvasia. I heard, they offer all types of Java, Dot net , etc API, other services to FPI and colocation servers etc.
