I am looking for advise from experienced traders and sub-brokers for a successful business strategy.
One Successful Business Strategy:
It revolves around extending personal success in trading to other people.
If one is a successful trader, certified by the Market, then he has an advantage over other sub-brokers: He has the potential to bring consistent profits to his clients.
But, that will require a lot of energy. Most people will not do exactly as told. They will make classical mistakes like varying position size randomly, not taking exits, skipping entries due to silly manufactured excuses etc.
As a solution, the trader is going to have to chalk out a trading method with a lot of tolerance for mistakes.
In short, the traders focus would be to retain clients and not fish for new ones, which is the practice of the market.
Many people have failed at this. In fact, at a point they get so messed-up in their heads that they lose money on their personal trading. It is a tight-rope walk.
