I purchased RT data (NSE Equity) from Chartsdata.com, which was economical as well as efficient. I used it for 1 month without any problems. However, I paid Rs. 500 for its renewal on 29-07-2013, but my account was not renewed. The Support chatbox is always offline, there is no response even if you send a message, there is no response to emails, and the telephone number that is given in the software is either switched off or out of reach. There is no address given on the website.
Has anyone else subscribed to this datafeed? If so, kindly share your experience.
What action can I take in case there is no response from them?

intradayafl is cheeter site i also one month subscribe of chart and data for paid rs.2000/- by cheque.but no one install software.eat my rs.2000/-.so please trederji member

i am having data feed with rtdprovider.com, i am paying 500 Rupees per month,
they have all contact details in their website. and they give me good support in online chat box and set up all the softwares via team viewer.

very wonderful support team from morning 9am to night 9pm.

try this. you will never lose a money with them for data feeding.

Currently I am fetching realtime data from my trading platform using a tool Odin2Ami but I am facing some issues with the working of the tool.

So looking for a paid data provider.
Just want to know about data provided by RTDP.
Is it real time or delayed.
If delayed then how much delayed it is.

Ya, it is economical also, as they are charging R 500 per month both for Cash and F&O, while others are charging more for both the segments.

How long you have been using their service?

I paid the subscription recently and observed the follg.:

In intraday only their 5min data is correct. Right from 10min to hourly the data is messed up. They have some issue with the bar data timings. when asked they admitted that they hv issue with 15 & 30m bar timings and said nothing can be done regarding tht.

Hv u ever checked the close of 5min and 30tf bar of any scrip being the same. ex. in aban today their 5min bar close is 230.35 and 1st 30 min bar close is 228.95.

I am using ami. Have you come across such issue? What software you are using for this data feed?

It happens with all the scrips.

So I am not able to scan and trade with their data as I trade based on 30tf.

They help and install using Team Viewer and they respond quickly and economical too. But go thro my abv post. I hv the abv said issue. Pls go for trial bfor u subscribe. Their time delay is 2- 3sec.

i already used their service for one month. after i didn't subscribe them. their service is ok. currently i am using share guru's service. all of these are same software. they are provided to us. developed by click team. you may find same data feed in more providers.
what ever you loose is so bad. be careful if you renewed you must call before them.

The issue raised by you is alarming, as one may not be using only 5 min chart. And it is useless for higher time frames.

So have to look for some other data provider or have to be satisfied with Odin2Ami.

Further I have noticed they require many other SW or tools, like .netframework 4.0, Window Installer, Windows Imaging Component etc. Is it safe to install all these tools on XP. Any idea.

You can install .netframework from Microsoft website. No harm in that. Abt others I don't hv any idea.
