Chatroom for my E-Commerce website!

Have a very good day. I need your help here. Recently I built a new E-Commerce website. Now I would like to install chatroom on it. I don't have better knowledge which chatroom is better and will be much reliable. Actually, I would like to chat with lots of people at a time. Even I would like to ban users, send them the private message, redesign my personal chatroom. I am ready to pay monthly or years if need. Please let me know something reliable. I would like to try.

In which technology you have made your website? If it is in WordPress then you can find a readymade stuff from WordPress store for chatroom application.

I found a chatroom while surfing through the internet. And finally I choose to use ChatWing for my e-commerce website. Here are some positive activity why I decide to use ChatWing chat app finally.

1) Chatwing easy to use.
2) Social media accounts are allowed to register onto ChatWing.
3) Lots of users can chat at a time.
4) Sending private message to users, ban users, redesign chatroom as you like.

For the above positive activity, I finally decided to user ChatWing chat app.

Why not you think about Discord. Though this app was initially created for video games, now I see this is so widely used for chatrooms of all sizes... and I have been a member of many groups and it is bloody easy to use and operate and can do much more than you asked for. And another best part is this app can be extended to Desktop Web, A standalone application and even Mobile apps. Do google for more info or just visit their website. Hope this helps .

Chatting with a lot of people in the same time doesn't look good, however you will have the option to have live chat with your customers if you will installl something like chat software from jivosite or something like that for sure. I have seen it on a lot of sites and all was just fine.

On which platform your website based ? There are way too many people out there who will really do something like that lately and that's it. No matter how you put it, be prepared for such. I have seen plugins for for example something like I am not sure BigCommerce.

You really need to put a person on salary for such activity, I assume you already assumed that, correctly ? So you need to do a little just and there will be that no matter how you put, it really increases conversions over time so we all can do that lately anyway.
