I am not sure what am trying to do
was +163 points in MTM but got 1 point only
same in feb also , in one trade +148 points in MTM got BE ,
as market reversing from lows
my short trades getting bulldozed by bulls
may be I should take a break till next leg down starts

never good in longs but still whatever long taking not giving anything
today took long in 700 but it only hit 730 and trying to take out 700 ,
exit at BE after waiting 30-40 mins
then it hit 750 in next few minutes , disgusting

What is your Z factor? Daily / Weekly / Monthly? If you dont have any, you will not book profit and give away like this. Happened to me all the time, till I started using this Psy Ops (Z factor). Have one, unless you already have.

Ok bhai, lets change the vantage point.
Earlier I had an itch holding position but mentally like the other day I explained, I'm getting closer to converting most SL trades to BE.

Hit BE (ie. +4.5 or 5pts) in BN 5 times a day, its ok. so lets start this.
Protecting capital is above all.

Once you hit BE, if structure supports re-enter, blindly get in. You've seen many of my trades doing that.

Secondly, is TTF, on BNF, low TF will tend to give lot of false BO/BD which traps many trades.

Thirdly, index has in recent time given most moves around key times.
Morning, mid and last 1hr. Therefore look for high probability good RR moves in these periods.
