Dividend Yield Calculator

Hi friends,
Sometime back I saw a software development initiative on Traderji forum. I am not sure what became of that drive. However here is my humble contribution towards that end.
I have developed a small utility to calculate dividend yields for stocks, which I would like the members of this forum to try out.
The thing is that I am self taught programmer and am still learning, therefore this utility will appear very basic to you.
To be honest I just wanted to try it out as I am not sure whether it will run on other machines.
I hope you all find this utility a bit helpful because depending upon the response and the feedback only I'll develop it further.

Finally a little bit about the application;
1. Its developed using windows 7 and would require .net 4.0 to run.
2. Since it retrieves the data from net it may act unresponsive while retrieving data. I plan to change that in respective updates.
