My Brother in LAW is HAVING FRANCHISEE of a BROKER from Kolkata...
Now he wants to close it and wants his deposit back...
But the BROKER COMPANY SAYING he need to take SIGNATURE of ALL CLIENTs
ON LEDGER....
Is this is the rule?
He is having 18 Clients.. and none of them are active.
And no one is having any dues.
BCOZ it is not possbile to take everybody's signature... coz they are from different places.
What is the RULE...? and How can He tackle it?
