I am new to the trading world and have been investing mostly in stocks since last 6 months and options since last 2 months. Till now I have been following the stock price trends through sites like moneycontrol and making my decisions according to that. I now want to pursue this more rigorously by analyzing the data in greater detail and see patterns and take decisions according to that. I came to know about this great forum through internet and wanted to know through traders on the forum about data sources which can give me daily and historical data of option and stock prices in excel format.
