Help in excel calculation

Hello guys, I came across this money management excel by masaniello. however i am unable to understand the calculation behind this methedology. can anyone explain me what calculation is this excell sheet using for next trade? i want to integrate this calculation\position sizing method into an mt4 EA. below is the attached sheet for your reference.

i have highlighted the formula in yellow in below snapshot.

This if nest (if condition looped ,maximum 7 if we will loop it)
here if(b5<i6 is true (b5+1) if b5<i6 is false and c5= "" is true result is "" , false b5+1

i can read this by pressing F2 but unable to understand it..........
