Is it possible to give POA to broker to execute only on market / settlement transactions and dis allow him to execute any off market transaction.
The logic is to let my broker debit scripts only for settlement transactions and dont allow him to transfer shares in his pool account.
Is something like this possible? I have demat a/c with IL&FS but they employee some of the stupidest people and are not able to understand my query.
If this is possible then can anyone forward me the POA format for that?
