Iifl tt failed to initialize

I installed latest IIFL TT Software in my windows xp pc. After installation I can't open it. I get an error message like this - [" This application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b).Click OK to terminate the application."] Please suggest me the solution. Thanks.

I used to get the same error.I had to format the HDD and install TTAdv again.
