Indiabulls Ledger Not working?

Not able to check the Ledger from my Indiabulls account.
I talked with the rel.ship manager and he said we dont know
the time when it will working? He said its due to the change
in Head Office.

Any other Have the problem in reading ledger?

Boss, no change in head office..i'm sitting here in delhi...the reason I am told is the software upgradation...god knows what the real problem is....

the real problem is the software upgradation. Since it has been upgraded recently the ledger problem may be sorted out soon. If you want to look into the ledger go to any Indiabulls office and tell them to print the ledger. They will get it printed and give it to you. They will not charge for it. alternately you can request them to send the ledger to your email id also.

In office also its not working.. I contact with my local office.
As far as the concern of helpdesk its also not fast as looks.
Once I tried that.. regarding the statement. :)

yea that is the prob in indiabullls these relatioship managers are bull shitting but the reason is what they told me they upgrading software.....i dunno what this **** is all abt i am thinking of changing my broker anyways,1 thing i must tell you don't trust these r.managers they even open ur account play the game with ur account never tell ur password to these ppl........

I am facing the same problem and the reply is due to soft upgradation
infact i have been charged some charges on 18 & 19 feb, (sat & sun) on taking up the matter they say they will reverse but when????
so all be careful for any funny charges suddenly occuring in your ledgers.

also my friend could you please guide me how to calculate my profit and loss from the account summary and eod at the end of the day in this new version 4.18

my account manager cannt help me, pl you guys help please.

They can Trade without password :(

Hi Gopi

You Rel. manager is responsible to teach u everything related to
ur profit loss understanding. And He will definatly teach you about
the profit loss calculation becoz he is getting the some % commision from
ur brokerage :)
