Hi everybody
I am not at all in the financial field and am a cardiologist by profession and buy shares only as a hobby after learning the fundamentals from books like how to invest like warren buffet,Rich dad poor dad which were really useful.
My first venture in this field was in 1991 when I subscribed to an IPO of Wyeth for 16/share and I was allotted 100 shares and subsequently got addditional 50 shares as bonus. Anyway I sold it for 650/share 1 yr back.
I accumulate shares of fundamentally good midcap companies during the bear phase and I invest only my disposable income so that a fall in value never perturbs me. still I have a healthy 70% return in 1 yr
