Is Reverse thethering possible for all unrooted android mobiles!!!

I bought redmi note 4g last month. I can use my mobile internet with my PC via wifi thethering, bluetooth thethering and usb thethering.


Can anybody tell me how to reverse thether the PC internet to my mobile?

While I have not used it, heard that Connectify Hotspot works well.
