The present disaster may be the result of Sensex catapulting from 9000 to 21000 in 18 months.

This apocalypse is yet to sink in.

Suerely not another recovery, and another catastrophe.

One is enough for our life time.:D:D

Cheers

possibilites pan out with time not belief's of some one....how global market conditions and what there impact on our market is what all going to make difference in direction of indices.

so we need wait and watch what is going to happen

This is investors time for 3 to 5 years of time horizon ..with small percentage of deployment of cash time to time.

one good thing we are going to see is, now our mutual funds will take first hold of market this time because cash inflow are strong.

nansrired, I was about to start a similar thread, you did beat me there:) my thread would had been somewhat different somewhat like 'Sensex 30000 year 2011', AS RJ says 'Mother of all Bull Runs' is yet to come.
Give me a sometime for posting the reasons which I am still trying to analyse, quite alot of hardwork you know, trying to look beyond the recession/bank failures/credit crunch/elections/market cycles/business cycles/growth pattern/commodities boom/oil/gold/china crisis(yet to come but not certain) etc. etc..

renu, I am just a beginner in TA, will not be able to post any charts, but will try to give the fundamental reasons, but it will take some time for me to post my reasons.

we just started and you are already looking for the top. in a regular market there would not be much difference between trailing P/E and forward P/E. but when the market turns around there will be drastic correction of stock prices based on expected earnings.

de-leveraging process takes a lot of time. as i put in another post december will see many redemptions in hedge funds and more pain can be expected then. as of now the regular economy is still normal all over the world, so it will take atleast 6 months for us to see the effects in the real economy as stock market is ahead of the real economy. there is a term used called "adverse feedback loop". once we get to the end of it then we will see the market moving back up. i don't think it will be back to normal in 2 weeks , or 2 months. give 4-5 yrs.

pinch can be reduce if u change time to 2015 or 2021:D
It will take atleast two three years to regenerate the confidence of investors who are on Low BP now adays:D
GDP going down work on call centres n IT companies slowing with $ rising Its really very difficult:eek:
