i hold certain shares of MIC Electronics at price 30 Rs and that is now 23 Rs odd. should i sell out or hold for a while.

No idea about MICE but wud like to say that it serves no useful purpose to post the same query under separate threads.

I think you are talking about MIC (please find attached chart for the same) you should have come out from the stock as it is in down trend and may continue to down and try to invest in some other good stock, I am also learner and this is my opinion what you have asked.
