NEED some help on some stocks who have stop trading at NSE and BSE

Pls help me..

I have very little knowledge of stock market.
i have purchased few stocks like..

koutons retials and nagarjuna fertilizers... (now not trading at NSE and BSE)

i have purchased these stocks through my ICICIdirect account..

now they are no longer available at NSE and BSE..

i want to know.. how can i sell these stocks..
IS my money is lost..? should i wait ?

KOUTONS is suspended due to non-compliance....!!!

NFCL there is no news of delisting or suspension.... perhaps may get listed after sometime... better to write to the company directly for an update....!!!
