A humble request to all senior and experienced boarders.

Please guide us on options trading.

I have lost money in the last 2 months mainly because of time decay.
Also I was not sure whether to buy ATM or OTM strike price.
I bought OTM at the expected strike price as they were reasonably cheaper.
Made some but lost lots. So... please help.
