Order excuation problem with zerodha.

Hi guys,
Just like most of the small traders I am using zerodha. Everything is great but every couple of months there comes an unexpected error where their stoploss doesn't excute or traders are unable to excit their positions. Just recently lot of traders experienced problem with their bracket orders. They were unable to excit their positions.

Is this kind of thing normal with discount brokers? Have you guys experienced this kind of thing with any other brokers?

No, in my experience, it's not normal with "all" discount-brokers but it IS normal with Zerodha. Just go to Zerodha thread here & read the last 10-20 pages, & make up your own mind - https://www.traderji.com/community/threads/zerodha-part-3.89121/page-1690
