Orders getting rejected?

Has anybody faced an issue that the orders are getting rejected with the reason:

Rejection Reason: Server Not Ready

I was told by the broker that this is an issue at the exchanges.
Just wanted to confirm if anyone else is facing the same issue?

Serious note, Which broker???? Zerodha I have no problem.:thumb:
