problem in SMCINDIAONLINE....

My Demat A/c is in SMC and in the last month i..e Nov. 09... my 2 orders of derivatives (Call options) have been made execute without my knowledge.... I'm demanding for IP Address from SMC but they r not providing me the same.. and saying that the mistake is from my site....and no one accessed my a/c from their end. I think this can be due to system / computer problem. Both derivative trades made from my account on 14th and 18th December 2009.
I dont have any idea about these trades, how those have been
executed. I've sent them three mails with request to look
into the matter and provide me the IP address of that system from
which these trades have been executed. But till now no positive reply from their site. I wrote them in my last mail that my next mail will be to SEBI...

CAN ANYONE HELP AND GUIDE ME WHAT I MUST DO IN THIS MATTER. PLZZZZ Call me at 9911758111

You should quote everything and have a proof of conversation with SMC & everything.

Thanx...but do u think...there can be any possibility for any action... I don't know how system works...well...I'll write NSE / SEBE surely as u suggested.
