Quotetracker - NSE Realtime not updating

Since yesterday Quotetracker is not updating data for any individual scrips. However it is updating the index data properly.

I searched over internet and there were no error reported at all. Is it me alone or othere also facing this problem? Are there any changes in the symbols?

I am also having the same problem!

I suppose the software doesnt support NSE quotes anymore.

I am also facing the issues. Even EOD data is not getting updated...

Have written to their support team. Did not get any response yesterday / till now. Hope to receive something soon. Will keep this thread updated with findings / solution provided

Hi guys,

Received attachment from QT support. Copy pasted the file as suggested by support & carried out webupdate.

Pasting their message as follows "NSE India has made some changes to their site. The updated configuration file is attached. Save it to the QT directory, overwriting the old file. Alternately, this will come out in the WebUpdate at the end of this week."

However problem of refreshing data still remains. Hope they will sort out this issue soon.

I do not think they have done a good job. Even with the new attachment, the problem persists....

QuoteTracker has released a new version - 3.9.8 (download it through WebUpdate). The release notes claim NSE as one of the entities - for which LOGIN SCRIPT has been modified. Incidentally, they have provided "corrected and updated" nseindia_in.lgs file. Let us see how it goes today...

Its working now ....

but any 1 can tell me what is symbol of "ASHIMA SYNTEX"
because in software its price is not updating
(in soft symbol=ASHIMASYN - but not working)
