Guys I ve heard from a broker RCOM is about to raise 1000 Crore.. is it true ?

They have it a 52 weeks low.. but last days trading shows there is something fishy.. is the stock gonna shoot up ? .. Help Help.. if the news is true, its gonna be a money maker !!
