Hi All
My Blog : http://groups.google.co.in/group/heritage-india
1. Reason for closing some calls
Some of you had suggested using trailing stop loss instead of closing
calls. Yes, trailing stop loss might be a decent approach with highly
liquid counters. Although in a mad bull market many stocks are liquid.
The reason I had to close those calls is due to the fact that it opens
up funds to buy better stocks. As you said I always stick to
fundamentals. I see stocks with better fundamentals and valuations.
For example, by taking the profits from Celestial, Anjani, Garden
Silk, I have invested them in Rallis India. When an excellent Tata
group company with outstanding prospects are trading at a Market
capitalization of Rs. 600 Crores (when recommended), when ridiculous
stocks are trading at near or higher than such valuations, to me
RALLIS is a screaming buy. RALLIS Long term target Rs.1500.
2. Start moving to good Management stocks
As an earlier poster Jiten Parmar had suggested there is a lot of
euphoria in the market. Bad management stocks are manipulated and are
moving to ridiculous levels. This is the time to switch to good
management or great management stocks such as RALLIS (Tata Management)
3. RALLIS is a SCREAMING BUY
Today in the U.S. Monsanto reported astounding earnings and the stock
is at $120. This agri chemicals and seeds market is red hot. RALLIS is
extremely undervalued, TATA management, very low equity of less than
Rs.12 Crores. RALLIS is a screaming BUY wit ha long term target of Rs.
1500. Just buy it and forget it.
Best Regards
Ram
