RPower Final News regarding bonus,,,

#3
It is no use buying more shares because if you say buy 100 @ 430 each its 43000 RS
you will get 60 bonus shares
43000/160 = 269
The price that the share will be after the bonus has been given, it will probably fall below 225 soon after, so stay out of it, if u get upto 470 pre bonus , get out of it. Its a death trap

WITHOUT doubt, the answer is in the affirmative. I think that it is a brave act, it can substantially shore up confidence in ADAG and its credibility. The Reliance Power bonus issue will certainly shore up investors’ sentiments, and the company’s brand image too, but the ultimate deciding factor will be the ratio of bonus offering, which I am sure would be as per our expectations.
The discussion whether this issue was rightly priced or not is history; the pivotal point today is that the ADAG (read Anil Ambani) appreciably has the guts to propose this unprecedented, and pleasant move, and it is the right step indeed. In accordance with the group’s convivial ideology, derived from the legendary Dhirubhai Ambani, Anil Ambani has announceds this unprecedented move, and thus scores brownie points with investors.
