SMC short sale

hello all,
i am doing trading with smc global.
while i am trying to short sale on some shares, they will not allowed me to do this.i was called them, they rePlied to me that. i have need to call them each time to know about short sale on sahres.

i am using odin software for trading.
how can i understand, in which share they will allowed shortsale or not in odin...

Ask them for the list of scripts that they allow short selling in. Some brokerages have their own set of scripts that is allowed for intraday trading. So enquire before hand.
