Some stocks in NSE hit upper circuit and soon after some time circuit limit increased

Hi
Today i went long in Axis bank at 367, it was intraday trade. I see at 374.25 trading stopped. When i checked NSE site i found it hit 10% circuit today. As it was intraday trade, i closed my position. Soon afterfew mins i see trading again started in Axis bank and now circuit limit increased to 15%.

Same thing i saw in few other stock today, M&M and 1-2 more.

Is there any rule if stock hit 10% circuit then after some time it will increased?

Yes 15 minutes cool off for fno stocks
