All crash's that a stock market experiences is because of the way economy works. Economy is controlled by central bank policies and the mother of all central banks is the FED.

Booms and bust as typical of our economy. So crashes will happen and erode your wealth when that happens. Also that is the best time to buy and this is how the 1% get more richer.

There is fundamental reason for booms and bust. The busts are artificially created to buy low(bust) and sell high(boom).

you must know and be prepared when the boom and bust will occur. e.g IT bubble, housing bubble...what is next..?

So when the economy is booming ,be prepared for a bust....

you cannot find booms and bust from chart patterns but from what is happening in the world and economy. you have to be like sherlock homes to predict booms and bust..

Sustained low crude / commoditiy prices should be very good for india. Markets can crash anytime for any number of reasons.
PE is high.

Well it most certainly has to be connected considering that more than 50% of institutional volume comes from FIIs.
