TradestationL strategy not verified (error message)

Hi guys i am having some problem with tradestation.
Whenever i try to load a new indicator, strategy or show me it gives an error message saying: "strategy not verified "

And the details says :
chek out the easylanguage for cust .....

i guess some library is missing...
can somebody guide me and tell me how i could set this righ?
