Upper circuit during market

Hi people

I would like to know that is there any way that i can find out which stocks are in upper circuit during market hours and not at the end of the day.

Suppose today is 16 aug and i would like to know around 3 PM which stocks are in upper circuit?????? Is there any way?

BSE Upper Circuit : http://www.moneycontrol.com/stocks/marketstats/onlybuyers.php?optex=BSE&opttopic=buyers&index=4

NSE Upper Circuit : http://www.moneycontrol.com/stocks/marketstats/onlybuyers.php?optex=NSE&opttopic=buyers&index=9

Here u will get the lower circuits also.
