URGENT .. why everyday I lose some money from my trading account ?

Hello !

I am panicking a bit ..

I have not traded since January on my zerodha account

When I saw the ledger (Zerodha), I saw following charges... replacing final settlement number with XXXX

12018-04-25NSE-EQ - ZSettlement value for April 25, 2018 in NSE with settlement number 201XXXX 99.01

22018-04-19NSE-EQ - ZSettlement value for April 19, 2018 in NSE with settlement number 201XXXX 231.42

32018-04-11NSE-EQ - ZSettlement value for April 11, 2018 in NSE with settlement number 201XXXX 129.26

Etc ..

What is this charge everyday about ? It keeps getting deducted from my Trading Capital ..

Now,

I have some holdings in my DP through Zerodha

I have some equity holdings in my demat

18000 Total investment

16842 Current value

Does having some holdings in DP have anything to do with the above charges ?

Yes .. frantically at that too ! .. I mean I know Zerodha is honorable broker, and I am tech savvy so nearly impossible that some trades are happening or someone is accessing my account without my knowledge .. also, I have no derivatives positions open or have not done any intraday trades since Jan .. I only have some stocks in demat with them .. those too were purchased nearly 6 months back and held and demat has not been touched since then ..

Check the tradebook for those dates.

What was their response to your emails ?

Phew .. phew .. its solved .. it was some error from server side sync with my back office account and got corrected.. Now everything is clean, nothing lost .. all my Gains were properly updated too ... I am happy... hehe Zerodha is the BEST !
GUYS , make a habit of keeping a tight eye on your ledger to trade register ... so even technical errors are caught in time ... unka mumbai ke server ka kuch na kuch locha tha .. correct ho gaya ! xD .. Lekin meri ek raat ki neend khaa kar ! xD
