I was planning to subscribe for realtime data from Market Data Provider and hence downloaded their demo. I wanted to get customer support for certain technical issues that I was having with their application.
To my surprise, I was greeted by the most rude customer support representatives I have come across ever. Please be careful about them. Maybe things will be fine with you.. but God forbid, if something goes wrong, then you may have the same experience as me.
I believe being polite to the customer at all times is the first lesson in business. Since they do not know this, I doubt their professionalism. The rest is left to your judgement.
