Highlights of the Position:

• We are looking for somebody with 5-10 years experience in Algo-Trading in any or all asset classes-Equity/Commodity/Forex on domestic and international stock exchanges.
• The potential candidate would be given Equity Partnership in the Company apart from the annual compensation and would be responsible for building his own team of Algo-traders and analysts.
• Experience in C, C++, VBA etc and hands-on in any trading software (preferably Omnesys NEST) is mandatory.

BLB is among the most infamous prop trading floors in Delhi. Speak to their past employees- they do not share properly the profits and the management is cocky. For same reason their business has shrunk largely in past two years. Their CTO Lokesh Madan openly solicits independent consultancy (rather than on company's name). Google thoroughly before applying anywhere.

There is a striking difference between work ethics and policies of foreign firms versus the Indian firms. There are lot of talented youngsters in India who are unemployed/underpaid so the Indian firms like to take advantage of situation.

I can't say which is the best because some like to stay hidden/unheard. There is a list of firms on the net please use google. (Don't want to post link, scared of mods after taking such stance LOL).
