In Bull market look for pe less than 20 and in bear market always look for higher pe.

Secondly , if ROE > PE it's more likely to be a value buying.

If you join 34 EMA High , 34EMA low and 12 ema close ...you will have efficient trading system and won't be prone to sideways.
