which one of bharti or tata should I choose when operating the exe?

I guess the software etc are in English but your friend can raise her doubts in forum and some1 will be able to help her out.

The new NOW requires us to select one of the ISPs - TATA or BHARTI.

My ISP is actually BSNL.

So, what should I select?
