Velmont, 'Scrip attribute not licensed' error comes when your broker has not activated your RTD serve. Speak with your broker and get it activated first. I have written this clearly as the first step for getting feed from NOW to Excel on the first page post #8 of this thread.

Then it seems an OS issue. Is your OS 64bit? Anyway you have already configured XP in Virtualbox. So let us not go much deeper into OS issues. Let me know if there are any issues in XP. My own set up is XP guest in Ubuntu host.

Why are you using RTMS dear? It is for Metastock. If you want Amibroker, use RTNOW.

LV, I installed Zerodha Trader (Nest3) in XP and using it for 45 scrips smoothly at 3 seconds refresh period. I have not tried lesser refresh period as it is not worth it in my opinion. I just had to open Excel - Options and add Nest3 folder to Trust Center. In my opinion RTNOW will work...

Have a look at the messages in NOW. Getting real time feed in excel is the first step. Check whether your RTD server is activated by your broker.
