Hi there, I am also a ex customer to RSec, They require a margin even for a SL order, I think it is a common practice among all brokers. Even with the limit orders you need to have the necessary capital. Besides you always need to place the SL order Separately once the position is entered...

There is NONE!!!! as far as I know you have options oracle and strategy builder by samoasky..both are free there is seperate thread if you wish to learn about that...but if you find something superior plz share ...most software online are for US markets only...cheers..!!!
