I have a doubt... While intraday trading.... should one keep stop as per Spot levels ? Because due to changing premiums we may lose extra 8-10 points than we expected .... Any thoughts/suggestion ?

1 thing i must say....you have chosen almost the Perfect time to make the strategy ... Reason :- 1)Premium is pretty high 2)Liquidity Starts ... 3)Premium starts to fall during the last week b4 expiry... so a square off On in the opening week on next month can easily give you good...

I agree with you 50%.... But honestly my strategy was not only selling of the 4600 calls but also Buying of 4600 Put + selling of 4300 Calls... So any move upside would have hurt me only a bit, (as i had a stop @ cost for the blank 4600 calls as i mentioned earlier...), but if the markets...

See normally i wouldnt have agrreed with you if nifty did break 4200 level that day and closed below it because then markets would have looked meuch bearish and we could have easily kept a stop profit on 4600 calls ... But that day i made a mistake by not selling back 4200 Put that i covered...

Somehow cant find where i posted this.... But i said that as there were soo many problems of High margin + Complication in the strategies i was no longer going to continue this months Strategy.... I am trying to find newer ways now, where hopefully less of the margin will be used and is less...
