A newbie query for Mr SG
I have read that futures and options are derived from the main stock or index - hence the name derivatives.
Then why do we see futures and options data to see where market can go, can't we just see actual Nifty or stock to understand? Dont these derivatives depend...
IMHO, it is us dumb people who buy and sell at wrong times because markets don't really make us lose money or make us put money in. We do that all by ourselves :D
