If breakeven is 2 points in RKG and 5 points in some other broker firm... why pay extra ?

i trade avg of 15-20 lots...per day. Thats roughly a savings of 3 K to 4 K per day...If my break even was high, i would have to reduce my no of trades. That means being selective. And that always works against me....since we never know which one is going to be the winner. Being selective normally end with letting go of the big one and catching the small fish, b'cos thats more sure shot...
Agree, but would be nice if we can have more choice on it, surprising no other broker wants to compete with them

As soon as the mrktg guys from other brokers hear that we are currently trading with RK, they are no more interested in converting us

They are my Fav telecallers. I tell them my volume per day. They end the conversation with an assurance to call me back after they consult their seniors and they never call back...

4670 is not the tgt... we dont know where market plans to stop falling and reverses...No one knows... Charts show that as a possible tgt... and once we reach there... charts will show something else... Its dynamic... ever changing...

There are no no-trade zone... If one trades options, then he can get 2 to 3 times what he can get using NF in such a situation...

I believe in simple fabo retracement. 4728 is 50% of todays range and 4734 is 68%... that makes going long above 4734 with SL at 4728 as higher probability trade.... Sl for short also is 4728 and must exit level is 4734..

Ventura might be a competitor but the service is not good. Even IIFL gives brokerage of Rs.12 per lot (on one side only) to their preferred customers.

with respect to brokerage, RK treats all its customers as preferred customers

Anyway as I said, would be nice to have a few more offering similar rates / operation models, not because we are looking for anything at lower rates but some competetion is always good & it can never harm the customer :)

PS: last post on this topic, sorry about that Linkon, didn't want to make it a broker thread :D

Yes 4670 is not the point to get out but a point to be cautious and possibly get out of the ways of Bulls... they are beaten down sadly and badly but PIGS (Portugal Italy Greece and Spain) & STUPIDs (Spain, Turkey, UK, Portugal, Italy and Dubai) are going to take the global market down...

seems everyone on this thread is using RK :)

seriously hardly any other choice for now

I have stopped using RKG and closed their account as I am not as active in market and I am trading only WW which gives me big run in short span of time and keep me outside of market for most of time.. so why worry about paying couple of points to my broker and save on monthly charges
