100% profit in 6 months...!

Indeed it deserve a big applause... but if you are not careful enough then this can happen to you...

$950 to $2100 to $248 which happened to me in past 40 days of FX trading....

but here is a practical story I have for all those who lost... have faith in yourself and do your homework before you jump into with real money.

but when you have dedication and god on your side this can happen as well...

from $248 to $2000... in 17days

Congratulations Linkon, just dropped in to check the progress of this thread and got a news that you have already made it....I always knew you will make it but making it that fast I was happily surprised...very well done and great going.

Concentrate further efforts on money management and position sizing because that is what separates the best from the rest....

It was only after you called me a 2 bit trader, that i realised that i seriously need to change my approach. I used to trade for hardly 1-2 hrs and then waste the time doing all unproductive work and giving back to the market what i earned in the morning.

From a average of 20 trades a day to just 3-4 trades in the whole day, is mainly your doing... It was a matter of application and slight tweaking of approach. The results are more consistent. I still need to work on my exits and trade management.

Some misunderstanding Linkon....I never called you a 2 bit trader,cannot think of insulting anyone like that....the adjective used was "we" which includes all of us...but it is a fact that unless we sit on our profitable trades and add till the trend is continuing we make some money here,loose some there....but I am so happy that my observation worked wonders for you.

I did not take it as an insult. You comment was just general in nature, I took it as a finger pointing to my grey areas. Something like the "wearer knows where the shoe pinches" and u pointed out where the pinch was coming from. If market was willing to give me 30 points in a single trade, why am i taking 20 and then giving back 10 in the same trade. I analysed my past trades and found the mistake and corrected it. I am more patient now than i was a month before. A good amount of that is thanks to you...:clapping:
