RECALL the recent rail budget......yes....sensex turned from 9647 (closing) & nifty from 2959.....A MONTHLY FUSION AWAITS....

now ....it is very crucial for the sensex 2 close abv 9702...OR it will b the bulls LAST BREATH !!!!

NOPE....stock mkt r valued on the basis of short term sentiments & future earnings xpectations....

the stock mkt is NEVER valued....it is over or undervalued...by how much ?

depends on the time frame of an invstr..

an invstr say investing for a 5-10 yr horizon will take this mkt as cheap ,while a smaller time frame say 2-3 yrs will weight 50/50 ....
